Your post baby body – five months pregnant with a four week old baby?

Okay, you’re not actually five months pregnant, but chances are you probably look it.  Best tip for overcoming this?  No it’s not 100 tummy crunches a day….it is to take your baby with you!  There is nothing worse than being asked when the baby is due, four weeks after you pushed it out.   And believe me, this is not uncommon. 

The birth of your baby can be the most profoundly life changing event you’ve been through.  It affects you emotionally, intellectually, and yes, physically.  We’ll discuss some of the immediate changes your body goes through after bubs has arrived down the track so keep an eye out for that.  In the meantime, often the most noticeable body changes are your amazing inflatable boobs and your beanbag tummy.

  2. It is! He was such a whopper, my poor skin just got stretched and stretched! He was worth it though, for all the joy he brings 🙂
